Workflow & Collaboration

Digital tools such as Airtable were used as a tracking system to manage content, timelines, and progress in real time. Tasks, updates, and feedback were visible to the team at every stage.

Content across the website, including blogs and testimonials, was also developed with both SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) in mind to improve search visibility and make information easier to find and understand.
A custom Vivobene brand song was also created using AI, adding a unique and modern layer to the brand experience.

We managed Vivobene’s social media presence across Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn with a clear content direction.
Each platform was built with a specific purpose. Facebook focuses on daily activities and human moments to create connection, YouTube gives a deeper understanding of the experience, and LinkedIn presents a more professional view for credibility.
Consistent posting was maintained across social media platforms. Feedback and performance were tracked to refine content based on what works best with the audience.
Website Management & Optimization
We managed and continuously improved the Vivobene website as a key platform for generating inquiries and leads, while making it easy for visitors to access clear information with a smooth flow.
UX and UI were analysed, with close consultation with the client to refine structure, content, and user flow. Page layouts and call-to-actions were adjusted to guide users clearly toward contact and decision points.
On the technical side, SEO structure, page performance, and content hierarchy were optimized to support visibility, traffic, and conversion.
Video Production
We produced visual content on-site to capture the real environment and daily experience of Vivobene.
For Vivobene, filming was done directly at the location using drones and advanced production techniques to create a more immersive and complete view of the space and atmosphere.
The work was carried out together with our graphic and motion team, combining footage with post-production to deliver consistent and high-quality visual content.
Marketing Collateral
