Customer Support Agent

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting daily operations, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a smooth and efficient customer experience.
After Hours Support: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and handle tasks responsibly during after-business hours.

Proficiency in using basic computer applications and customer support tools.

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.

Financial or banking background is a plus.

Your responsibilities:
- Provide excellent after-hours customer support via chat to our clients.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system.
- Ensure all inquiries are handled professionally and in a timely manner.
Process and resolve basic tasks and client requests efficiently and accurately. As well as follow established processes and escalate more complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
