The Toneyes Agency was assigned to take on the responsibility of Operations in Support, Administration, and Project Management.

Our agency laid out the foundation and structure for support, building the Task Management System and implementing various Support Channels for the agents, thereby reducing administration time and increasing the speed of support and administration.

Our team is responsible for training and the support and administration framework for this company, communicating with over 10 master agents in a team capacity of 6 support and administration staff.
